Getting Started

Step 1

Seven day free pass

Getting started with us is easy with our 7  Day Free Pass. All we need is your name and your email and a contact number. We will get back to you within 48 hours  to make an appointment for your first visit. If you prefer to chat to a real life human being you can call us directly on 01530 413330 or simply pop into our gym in Market Street, Ashby de la Zouch anytime between 5.30AM and 9.00PM Monday to Friday, 8.00AM to 6.00PM Saturday or 8.00AM to 4.00PM Sunday for an informal chat with one of the team.

Step 2

Come in for an induction

Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced gym user, we will offer you a free induction as part of your membership package. You will learn how to get the most out of our equipment so that you can exercise safely and with confidence.  Your Coach will guide you at your pace, answer all the questions which you may have and help you on your way to step 3.

Step 3

Get to know our gym

After your induction you have free full access to the Gym, Classes, and our Coaching  services for seven days. This will give you time to experience everything our community has to offer. If you still have questions then one of our team is always at hand. When you are ready, have a look at our membership plans.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Our 7 day membership is only available if you are 18 years old or over.  If you are 14-17 years old then you can book a free trial session with a coach.
  2. Everybody must have an induction session with a member of our team on their first visit.
  3. Both the free 7 day membership and 1 free session pass are only available to people that live in Ashby or the surrounding areas, or to people who work in the local area.
  4. Anyone who takes up our offer of a free trial must provide the club with their full details. This includes a photo, address, telephone number, email address and emergency contact name & number.
  5. A PARQ ( Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) must be completed before you will be allowed to train in the gym or attend classes.
