A class for new mum’s that enables you to bring your child whilst you exercise to regain your fitness.


Whether you are already physically active or have been wanting to get back into fitness, the prospect of group exercise or training can be intimidating. This circuit based class is designed to help you keep active during your pregnancy and alleviate common pregnancy complaints. Featuring a great mix of gentle strength and functional work in a relaxed atmosphere, where you can meet other mums to be and share experiences.


Mum to be fit is run by Gina a fully qualified Personal Trainer (level 3 Personal Training Diploma) with advanced specialist training in adapting exercise for Antenatal and Post Natal clients.

This class is designed to help women to stay active or begin exercising safely both during pregnancy and in the immediate and extended postnatal period through gentle physical activity.
