The thought of group training initially filled me with apprehension, but I have learnt to trust the knowledge, judgement and support of Liz and she was right – group training has been one of my best fitness decisions! We are a small group, mixture of ages (40’s & 50’s), backgrounds and fitness levels, but as a team we are (quite simply) amazing. Its not only physical support and encouragement that we provide each other with, but emotional, mental and social – we didn’t know each other before but have all become good friends and if one struggles we all motivate. We laugh, we sweat, we get fit.
If I have one piece of advice to anyone debating whether to
a) join Fitness Republic and b) Group train – without hesitation, doubt or second thought I’d highly recommend both
