What is H.I.I.T?
H.I.I.T stands for high intensity interval training. This is short periods of intense anaerobic exercise followed by periods of low intensity aerobic training.
What is H.I.I.Ter not a quitter?
H.I.I.Ter not a quitter is made up of two twenty minute H.I.I.T workouts that can be done at home or in the gym. It is designed to get people exercising, without taking up too much time. Each course spans four weeks and contains eight different workouts (two per week). The workouts are all videoed meaning they can be followed at home or they can be done in the gym with an instructor.
