Classes

We hold a great range of classes in our intimate studio creating a highly motivational and exciting experience not to be missed!

Below is our current timetable, but keep checking as it is constantly improving with the addition of new classes.

 

Spinning – Monday @ 7pm & Thursday @ 6pm

Spinning is an indoor cycling class. All bikes are stationary but have adjustments that move up and down
and forward and backwards.

This class is great for all ability levels. Spinning will help you to
lose weight and can be a great
way to get in a vigorous workout — burning calories and keeping your muscles
in shape.  You can burn anywhere from 400 to 700 calories an hour. However,
if you try Spinning, take it slow at first. It is a much more intense workout than people realise.
Don’t set the tension too high and go too hard on your first class. Speak to the instructor before the class
about any health problems so you can ride safely and build up sensibly.

 

Power PumpMonday @ 6pm

A fantastic full body toning class using barbells to music and focusing on
high repetition movements with low weight loads. You
choose the weight and then shape, tone and strengthen your entire body! Suitable for all levels.

 

 

 

Intensity – Tuesday @ 6pm & Thursday @ 7pm

Read the name of the class again….if you think you have what it takes then read on!

This maximum interval training class includes cardio drills, power and resistance moves,
core and balance work and plyometrics. If you want the ultimate physical and mental workout then this is for you! As it is
such a strenuous class you must speak to an instructor before booking.

 

Pilates – Tuesday @ 7pm

Pilates was developed in the early 20th Century by Joseph Pilates. The aim of the class is to increase the strength, flexibility and control of the body. It is an excellent way to strengthen your abs, legs and back, making your body look longer and leaner.
Whilst Pilates helps with flexibility and posture, it is not a cardio workout so more of an ‘add on’ to your fitness regime. It is also different from Yoga as it focuses more on stabilizing and strengthening your pelvic floor and core muscles. Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels and is also extremely safe and effective for pregnant women.

 

Kettlercise - Wednesday @ 6pm-7pm & 7pm-8pm

KettlerciseTM is THE single most effective Kettlebell fat burning workout…….designed to shape and sculpt your body in as little as 20 mins for rapid fat loss & a lean toned body. It’s fun, super quick and super effective!

Pole Fitness – Monday / Tuesday & Thursday @ 8pm

These classes put the fun back into fitness! Classes are all cardio based and will help you tone up and look great! Pole fitness classes can get you burning as many calories as your normal gym workout. You will define your body, feel stronger and look leaner whilst shredding
the inches
and having fun! Classes are suitable for everyone.
