BOXFIT

 

BoxFit is a circuit based class which involves the muscles of the core, upper body, shoulders, and hips. It is also a great cardio and strength workout. Using a combination of boxing skills and pad work, this high intensity conditioning class combines the best of both worlds to give you a great workout and relieve stress too.

Who’s it for?

 

Boxfit class is for everyone, you don’t need to be super fit or have any special skills. Our Boxfit class has a mix of women and men of all ages. It is suitable for every level of fitness and if you feel like its getting to hard you can always take a break. The class is split into rounds so everyone gets a chance to use the gloves and be the pad holder, this also gives you a chance to catch your breath as being the pad holder is less intensive.

 

What do you wear?

 

Normal gym wear, joggers, t shirt, comfortable trainers etc.

Gloves and pads will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
