Need to snack for energy? Here are 9 great snack ideas to keep you going, perfect for either pre or post work out too!

Figs – A source of fibre & iron, enhance the energy boosting aspect by mixing with natural yoghurt & almonds.

Peanut butter slices – Cut an apple into slices & spread with peanut butter, it wont break the calorie bank & packs a sufficient fat & fibre punch to keep the mid- afternoon munchies at bay.

Spicy Roasted Chickpeas – Chickpeas are an amazing source of energising vitamin B and magnesium, drizzle olive oil over a can of drained chickpeas and season with salt & pepper and spices dish as cumin & chilli.
